Our verdict

The Saros 10 is the S8 MaxV Ultra's successor rebuilt around thinness: 79.8 mm tall, with a RetractSense LiDAR that lowers under furniture and keeps mapping through a wide-angle module while it is down, and an AdaptiLift chassis that rises 10 mm on high-pile carpet and takes 3 cm thresholds. The VibraRise 4.0 mop vibrates, detaches itself in vacuum-only runs and presses harder on stains it spots, the edge mop lowers only at edges, the DuoDivide brush and FlexiArm Riser side brush strip hair, and Reactive AI 3.0 recognises obstacles by camera. It answers a built-in voice assistant even when the internet is down, supports Matter and corrects maps confused by mirrors. The RockDock Ultra washes the mops dynamically in 80 °C water, empties the bin and charges the 6,400 mAh battery in 150 minutes; drying, refilling and detergent are not named on the page, nor are runtime, weight, noise, bin size or map count. At £699.98, down from £1,199.99, it is the cheapest way to Roborock's slim chassis in this catalogue.
