How we make money

When you follow a link from this site to a retailer or manufacturer and buy something, we may receive a commission. You pay the same price either way.

Links to Amazon carry our associate tag and go straight to Amazon, with no redirect in between. As an Amazon Associate I earn from qualifying purchases. We show no Amazon prices or ratings: what a machine costs at Amazon is shown there, and the price beside our buttons is the manufacturer's.

On the Polish edition, links to Allegro are tracking links of the Allegro Affiliate Business programme: a purchase made within 24 hours of the click earns us a share of Allegro's own commission. Prices and stock are shown at Allegro, not here.

All commercial links are marked with rel="sponsored nofollow", so search engines are told plainly which links are commercial.

What commissions do not affect

Rankings are computed from specifications by the code described in How we score. A commission rate is not an input to that code and cannot become one.

No manufacturer or retailer reviews our content before publication, and no placement on this site is for sale.

What happens when you follow one

Some commercial links pass through an affiliate network before they reach the shop: Awin for the European stores of Segway Navimow, Ecovacs, Narwal and Anthbot, Impact for Mammotion and for Narwal's American store. The network records the click and sets its own cookie so that a purchase can be attributed to the page that sent you. That attribution is how the commission is earned, and it is the network's processing rather than ours.

What we pass to the network is which page and which product the click came from, and nothing about you. We set no advertising cookies of our own, build no profiles, and store no personal data against a click.

A link that goes straight to a manufacturer, with no network in between, is exactly what it appears to be: an ordinary link.
