1. Who operates this site

RoboVerdict, at roboverdict.com, is operated by Codently Maciej Ziółko, Polska. NIP: 6372210398

2. What this site is

RoboVerdict publishes rankings, comparisons and analysis of autonomous robots. Access is free and requires no account.

We do not sell goods or services. We are not a party to any contract you enter into with a retailer or manufacturer we link to.

3. Acceptable use

You need an internet-connected device with a current browser supporting JavaScript and cookies.

You agree to use the site lawfully and not to interfere with its operation, including by automated retrieval at a scale that burdens the infrastructure.

4. Affiliate relationships

The site is funded by affiliate commissions. Some links to retailers and manufacturers are affiliate links: if you buy through them we may be paid. You pay the same price either way.

All commercial links carry rel="sponsored nofollow".

Commission rates have no influence on scores or ranking order. Scores are computed from technical data using published weights, described on "How we score". Placement is not for sale.

5. Accuracy of content

Content is informational and does not constitute professional advice or a binding offer.

Product specifications come from manufacturer materials and can change without our knowledge. Every product states its review method, and figures not yet verified against manufacturer documentation are labelled as such.

We take care to be accurate, but the purchasing decision is yours. Confirm the specifications that matter to you with the manufacturer or seller before buying.

6. Intellectual property

Editorial content, the scoring methodology, the layout and the graphics are protected by copyright and belong to the operator.

Product images and trade marks belong to their respective owners and are used for informational purposes.

Quoting extracts with attribution and a working link to the source page is permitted. Reproducing whole articles without permission is not.

7. Complaints and corrections

Report problems with the site or its content to kontakt@roboverdict.com, including a description and the page concerned. We respond within 14 days.

If you spot an error in a product specification, please tell us — we will correct it and record the verification date.

8. Changes

We may amend these terms for good reason, in particular a change in the law or in the services offered. The amended terms are published on the site with their effective date.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by Polish law, in particular the Civil Code and the Act on Providing Services by Electronic Means.

Nothing here limits any consumer rights that apply by mandatory law.
