Our verdict
The Omni C28 is the cheaper way into eufy's roller mopping. The roller spins at 270 rpm under 1 kg of pressure and is rinsed from a clean tank on the robot while a dirty one collects the water, so it does not carry a soiled pad from room to room, and it lifts for carpet. Suction is 15,000 Pa behind DuoSpiral brushes that shed hair, with no carpet boost claimed. Navigation is LiDAR with a laser line for obstacles, which works in the dark but recognises no objects, and thresholds stop at 20 mm. The station is the full set: a 3 l dust bag, 2.2 l clean and dirty tanks, hot-air drying, wastewater collection and detergent dosing, and the robot runs 216 minutes vacuuming or 123 with the mop. Against Dreame's Aqua10 Roller, which pairs 30,000 Pa with a camera, the C28's case is the water tanks on the robot and the complete station; eufy publishes no bin, battery, noise or warranty term.
