Our verdict
The Q10 X5 is the Q7 M5 with the two things that model lacks: a structured-light obstacle sensor and an auto-lifting mop. For €159.98 it vacuums at 10,000 Pa through a main brush whose JawScrapers comb strips hair and an anti-tangle side brush, boosts on carpet, lifts its pad over rugs and thresholds under 2 cm, maps by PreciSense LiDAR with several maps in memory, and steers round clutter with Reactive Tech structured light. The 5,200 mAh battery runs 150 minutes for 180 m², and refills from 20 to 100 percent in three to four hours on a plain dock, since there is no auto-empty, washing or refilling; the bin and tank share one slide-in module of unstated size. Roborock prints no warranty term, noise figure or map count. It is the cheapest robot in this catalogue with both LiDAR and an obstacle sensor, and the €40 over the Q10 S5+ it forgoes buys that machine an auto-empty dock instead.
