Our verdict

The i105E is the smallest Navimow and the cheapest RTK mower with a camera in this catalogue's European pricing. Segway's EFLS 2.0 pairs the RTK antenna, which you site with the app's location finder, with visual SLAM, so when the satellite signal weakens under trees the camera keeps the mower inside its boundary and moving, and VisionFence recognises more than 150 obstacle types in three groups through the same 140-degree RGB camera that lets it ride the edge and mow right up to it. It cuts 18 cm at a height you set by hand between 20 and 60 mm, climbs 30%, runs 120 minutes on a charge and recharges in 120, at 58 dB, in a 545 by 385 by 285 mm body of 10.9 kg. Zones, no-go areas and safe channels between them are drawn in the app over Bluetooth or Wi-Fi; the lift alarm is built in, but GPS tracking needs the separately sold Access+ 4G module. Segway lists no rain sensor, no battery capacity and no IP code beyond calling it fully dust- and waterproof. At €799 it is €100 above MOVA's LiDAX Ultra 800, which maps by LiDAR without an antenna and needs no clear sky.
