Our verdict
The YUKA 1500 is the middle of Mammotion's 2024 range, meant for flat and gently rolling gardens. It keeps the RTK-plus-camera navigation of the LUBA line, with a fixed antenna that needs a clear view of the sky, and a reasonably wide 320 mm deck cutting at 20 to 60 mm with three blades, and it drops the all-wheel drive: two driven wheels and a 45% slope rating are the ceiling. Mammotion rates it for up to 1,500 m² and recommends around 1,200 m², with eight zones and a 700 mm minimum passage. A rain sensor, IPX6, GPS tracking, PIN lock and a two-year warranty are on the sheet; a 4G module is not, so the mower reports in over home Wi-Fi only. The distinctive extra is the optional sweeper module, a kit that collects grass and leaves instead of mulching them. On a flat, open garden the missing all-wheel drive is money saved rather than capability lost.
