Roborock Qrevo Curv 2 Pro vs Dreame X50 Ultra

Verdict

The Roborock Qrevo Curv 2 Pro has the higher Verdict Score, 85 to 83.

Both retract the LiDAR turret to get under furniture, both recognise obstacles with a camera fused with 3D sensing, and both carry dual spinning mops that extend to the skirting and are left at the dock before carpet. That is the expensive part of each, and it is the same.

The Roborock Qrevo Curv 2 Pro publishes 25,000 Pa against 20,000, a carpet boost mode, three stored floor maps and an 80 mm body against the Dreame's 89 mm. The Dreame X50 Ultra publishes a 42 mm threshold climb, a 10 mm mop lift, a 220-minute runtime, a 395 ml dustbin, a 100-day dust bag and voice control, and its dock scores higher on our automation subscore, 90 to 74, because it does more on its own; Roborock publishes none of those figures for the Curv 2 Pro.

Our engine has the Roborock ahead, 85 to 83, on the strength of the cleaning subscore. Choose it for carpets and low furniture; choose the Dreame for high door thresholds, a hands-off dock and a maker that states its numbers. The Dreame lists a lot lower in some markets, which can settle it on its own.

Pros
  • Fully retractable LiDAR in an 80 mm body
  • AdaptiLift chassis: 20 mm lift for 3 cm carpet, 4 cm double steps, escapes chair legs
  • Spinning mops at 12 N that detach for carpet; dock washes at 100 °C and dries at 55 °C
  • Legs for 4.2 cm sills and 6 cm double steps, with a retracting turret, for 2,999 zł
  • 89 mm with the turret down
  • Full sheet: 395 ml bin, 6,400 mAh, 220 minutes, 205 m²
Cons
  • Runtime, noise, bin and tank not published in a usable form
  • Tank refilling not claimed for the dock
  • No mop lift height, since the mops detach instead
  • 20,000 Pa, half of what the X60 Pro claims
  • No noise figure or water tank size
  • Two American prices for two colours, and no new unit in Germany
Best for
  • Homes with rugs, sills and chair legs that stop lesser robots
  • Buyers who want Saros clearance and sensing under €800
  • Homes with sills and low furniture on a mid-range budget
  • Buyers who want a complete specification, not a marketing sheet

In green: the better figure where the direction is beyond argument, such as more lawn or less noise. Where it depends on your home, nothing is marked.
