Our verdict

The Qrevo S5V does not chase a number; it covers the list. It maps with LiDAR and remembers four floors, avoids obstacles with structured light, mops with two pads spinning at up to 200 rpm, one of them on a FlexiArm that reaches into corners, and lifts them 10 mm for a short-pile rug. The DuoDivide brush and side brush carry an SGS certificate for zero tangling, and the dock empties into a 2.7 l bag, washes the pads and dries them with warm air. It climbs a 2 cm threshold and stands 97 mm tall. Suction is 12,000 Pa, which is where the price is saved, and Roborock publishes no runtime, noise, bin or tank for it and claims no carpet boost or tank refill. At €499.99 list and €399.99 in Roborock's German shop when read, or $499.99 in America, it costs $100 more than the QV 35A and brings half again the suction, warm-air drying in place of cold and a stated 10 mm mop lift.

Pros

  • Dock empties into a 2.7 l bag, washes and dries the mops
  • SGS-certified zero-tangle brush pair
  • Spinning mops at 200 rpm, one extending into corners, 10 mm lift
  • LiDAR with structured-light obstacle avoidance and four floors of maps
  • €499.99 list, €399.99 in the German shop when read

Cons

  • 12,000 Pa, a third of the Saros line
  • No carpet boost or tank refill claimed
  • No runtime, noise, bin or tank published
  • Structured light without a camera, so fewer objects named

Best for

  • Homes with pets and long hair, on a budget
  • Buyers who want washing and emptying in one dock for €400 to €500

Not recommended for

  • Deep carpet, where 12,000 Pa without a boost is thin
  • Very cluttered floors, where a camera earns its keep
