Our verdict
Sold through Narwal's German shop, the Freo Z10 Pro shares the bottom of the range with the Freo X10 Pro but gives up far less: 18,500 Pa against the X10 Pro's 11,000. The two Reuleaux mops press at 12 N, swing out to edges and corners, and lift 12 mm when CarpetFocus lowers the brush cover on carpet. A LiDAR maps the home and two 3D structured-light sensors recognise more than 100 object types. The dock washes at 45 to 75 °C, doses detergent by dirt level, dries at 40 °C and holds 120 days of dust in a 2.5-litre bag. Missing are battery, runtime, size, weight, threshold height, map count, warranty term and any voice control; the only noise figure is under 56 dB in quiet mode. For anyone who wants a washing dock and edge mopping at the lowest price, it is the better of Narwal's two budget machines.

Suction and brushes
The manufacturer rates the suction at 18,500 Pa. That is less than most of the 114 robot vacuums we list. The main brush is the tangle-resistant type, with one side brush. On carpet the suction rises automatically.
Mopping
Mop system: twin spinning pads. It lifts the mop 12 mm over carpet. The mop swings out to reach along walls.
Navigation and obstacles
It navigates by LiDAR and avoids obstacles with structured light. No-go zones can be drawn in the app.
The dock
