Our verdict
The Freo 20 sits between the Flow and the Flow 2 and takes from both: the Flow 2's 31,000 Pa and 100 °C dock wash, and a track mop Narwal says is seven times wider than a pad, fed with 60 °C water. The two 1080p cameras do more than dodge: TwinAI Dodge tells dry debris from a spill and switches strategy, suction for crumbs, mopping for a puddle, and sees objects down to 5 mm. Thresholds of 40 mm, a 95 mm body, 120 days of dust storage, 60 °C drying, multi-level maps and a 30-minute top-up rated for 86 more minutes make it easy to live with; 56.9 dB in quiet mode is a rare published figure. The gaps are the usual Narwal ones: no battery capacity, bin, tank or runtime, and no carpet pressure plate or mop lift stated, so carpet is where the Flow 2 earns its premium.
