Our verdict
The D30 Ultra puts a dock that washes and empties under a budget robot, and it is worth knowing what that dock skips. It empties into a 3.2 litre bag for 100 days, washes the pads on a 20-nozzle board that Dreame calls hot without saying how hot, and dries them with 50 °C air; the page claims neither tank refilling nor detergent dosing. The robot is honest mid-range: 25,000 Pa, a TriCut brush that Dreame rates at 100 percent detangling, pads at 160 rpm that swing 4 cm to the edge and lift 10.5 mm, a laser rather than a camera for obstacles, 2 cm thresholds, four stored maps and 230 minutes in quiet mode from a battery whose size is not published. The 37 dB on the page belongs to a noise-reduction mode, not the standard one. Sold through the US shop; the German listing was sold out when read.

The manufacturer rates the suction at 25,000 Pa. That is about the middle of the field. The main brush is the tangle-resistant type, with one side brush.
Mopping
Mop system: twin spinning pads. It lifts the mop 10 mm over carpet. The mop swings out to reach along walls.
Navigation and obstacles
It navigates by LiDAR and avoids obstacles with structured light. It stores 4 floor plans. It climbs thresholds up to 20 mm. That is less than most of the 71 robot vacuums with a published figure. No-go zones can be drawn in the app.
