Our verdict

The Qrevo Edge 2 Flow is Roborock's answer to the roller mops from Narwal and Dreame, and the answer is more suction and a shield. The 270 mm SpiraFlow 2.0 roller cleans itself under pressure as it goes and adjusts the water to the floor; approaching carpet it lifts 15 mm and a flap closes over it, so a wet roller never touches the pile. Behind it sits a 35,000 Pa motor, the highest figure in the Qrevo line, with the Dual Anti-Tangle brush pair. The dock refills the tank, empties into a bag for 65 days, dries with 63 °C air and re-washes a roller its dirt sensor finds grubby, and the dirty-water tank and base come out for rinsing. Roborock's page is careless with the header, which repeats the Saros 20 Sonic's bullets, and names no navigation system in the body; the robot is 90 mm tall, so a LiDAR turret is the safe assumption and the one recorded. No runtime, noise, bin or tank is published, and it is sold in Germany only for now.

Pros

  • 270 mm pressurised self-cleaning roller, water metered to the floor type
  • 35,000 Pa, the strongest Qrevo
  • Roller lifts 15 mm and a flap seals it off on carpet
  • Dock refills, dries at 63 °C, empties for 65 days, re-washes dirty rollers
  • 5 kg robot with a 5,200 mAh battery

Cons

  • The page names no navigation system and its header copy belongs to another model
  • No runtime, noise, bin or tank published
  • 90 mm tall, a centimetre above the Edge 2
  • German shop only when read

Best for

  • Kitchens and hard floors with dried-on spills

Not recommended for

  • Buyers who need a published runtime
  • Low furniture under 90 mm
