Our verdict

The S10 Plus is the S10 with the one thing it lacked, a station that empties the bin into a 4 litre bag for about 90 days, and MOVA charges €130 for it. The robot is unchanged: 7,000 Pa, a full-rubber brush and a vibrating pad that both lift for carpet, the pad swinging to the edge at 3.5 N, a 350 ml tank, 3DAdapt lasers for obstacles, ultrasonic carpet detection, 2 cm thresholds and a 5,200 mAh battery for 260 minutes and 175 m² in quiet mode. It still does not wash the mop. At €499 it costs more than the E50 Pro Ultra, which washes at 100 °C with four times the suction, so the S10 Plus only makes sense where a bag matters and a water tank does not.

Pros

  • 4 l bag rated for 90 days
  • 260 minutes a charge
  • Brush and mop lift for carpet, pad swings to the edge
  • Laser obstacle sensing, voice control, three-year warranty

Cons

  • 7,000 Pa
  • No mop washing at €499
  • Dearer than MOVA's own washing-dock robots
  • Navigation sensor, lift height and noise not stated

Best for

  • Small hard-floor flats that hate emptying bins
  • Owners who mop rarely and rinse a pad by hand

Not recommended for

  • Carpet
  • Anyone comparing it with the E50 Pro Ultra
