Our verdict
The S70 Roller is the S70 Ultra Roller with the extras stripped out, and what is left is still a roller mop with a full dock for €449. The roller is the same 27 cm, pressed at 4,700 Pa, wetted by 12 nozzles, extended 4.4 cm at the edge and lifted 12 mm for rugs; the dock heats its wash water to 80 °C, dries with 70 °C air, holds 5 litres for 1,200 m² and empties into a 3.2 litre bag for 100 days, in a cabinet only 255 mm wide. Suction is 28,000 Pa through a plain rubber roller, the hidden dToF sensor keeps the body at 90 mm, and the battery is 5,200 mAh. The page names no obstacle sensor, no detergent module, no threshold, no voice control and no runtime, weight or noise, so the shoe on the floor is your job and the specification sheet is short. For a tidy hard-floor flat it is the least you can pay for a roller washed in the dock.
