Our verdict
The L50s Pro Ultra is the middle of Dreame's range and reads like it: nothing exotic, nothing missing from the dock. Suction is 30,000 Pa behind a DuoBrush certified tangle-free, the pads lift 10.5 mm and one of them swings out beside an extendable side brush to reach skirting and corners, and the robot recognises more than 220 obstacle types with depth information, though the German page names neither the camera nor the 3D sensor that must be doing it. A fixed LiDAR turret puts the height at 104 mm and EasyLeap gets it over a 2.2 cm sill or a 4 cm double step. The dock washes at 100 °C, dries with hot air, refills the tank, doses detergent and holds dust for 100 days, with a water-hookup kit as an option, and a built-in voice assistant speaks English, French, German and Italian. The 5,200 mAh battery is quoted without a runtime, and there is no bin, tank or noise figure. At €749 it sits between the L50 Ultra AE and the L60 Ultra in every respect.
