Our verdict
The L50 Ultra AE is where Dreame's full dock reaches €499, and the dock is the reason to buy it: 100 °C mop washing, hot-air drying, tank refilling, automatic detergent and 100 days of dust, the same list as the €749 L50s Pro Ultra. Suction is 28,000 Pa behind a TriCut brush certified tangle-free, the main brush lifts for mopping, the pads lift 10.5 mm and one swings out beside an extendable side brush, and the fixed LiDAR keeps the height to 97 mm. What the page does not claim is any obstacle sensor: the robot maps with Smart Pathfinder and avoids obstacles, Dreame says, but names no camera, laser or object count, so this catalogue records none. Thresholds are 2 cm, the 5,200 mAh battery is quoted without a runtime, and there is no bin, tank or noise figure. It supports Matter and the usual voice assistants. For a tidy flat that wants the dock more than the sensors, it is the best value in Dreame's range.
