Our verdict
The YUKA mini 2 answers the question small gardens have been asking since wire-free mowers arrived: can I have the map without the mast? Yes. It positions by 360° LiDAR and two cameras, needs no RTK antenna and no satellite view, and so keeps working under trees and beside the house where GNSS machines lose their fix. The deck is narrow at 190 mm and the drive is rear-wheel only, which is fine on a 45% bank and no use on the terraces the LUBA line is built for. Fifty-five-centimetre passages, ten zones, 4G included, three years of warranty — for a lawn up to 1,000 m² this is the sensible first robot mower, and in Poland it is the first in this catalogue under 5,000 zł.
