Our verdict
The A3 AWD Pro 5000 is the same mower as the 3500 with a bigger battery, and Dreame's page says so: the 36 V 10 Ah pack is the one fitted to the 5000, and with it the Pro covers 5,000 m² in a day rather than 3,500. Everything else carries over. Two blade discs on separate planes cut 40 cm at once, hub motors on all four wheels climb 80% and step over 5.5 cm obstacles, OmniSense 3.0 maps the garden with a 70 m 360-degree LiDAR and binocular AI cameras that recognise more than 300 obstacle types, and EdgeMaster 2.0 holds the disc under 3 cm from the edge, so there is no RTK antenna to site and no wire to bury. The German page also commits to what the family's US page did not: a three-year warranty and three years of link service, with lift alerts and AirTag tracking against theft. It still weighs 23.9 kg, runs at 65 dB and needs 80 cm passages, and Dreame gives no runtime or charging time. At €2,399 it costs €400 more than the 3500 for 1,500 m² more; in America it is $3,499.99.
