Our verdict
The Omni E25 is the Omni E28 with one part taken out: the FlexiOne handheld stain cleaner the E28 keeps in its dock. What eufy publishes for the robot otherwise matches the E28. A roller pressed at 15 N turns at 180 rpm and is scraped and rinsed with fresh water on the robot, which collects the dirty water in a second reservoir, so it is not carried from room to room; the roller rises when the robot meets carpet, where Boost IQ raises suction to 20,000 Pa, and thicker rugs can be avoided altogether. An RGB camera with an LED handles obstacles, sills stop at 21 mm, and the station empties into a 3 l bag, refills, doses detergent and dries with hot air, from 2.5 and 1.8 l tanks. Voice control and Matter are on the feature list. eufy publishes no wash temperature, lift height, battery, weight, noise or warranty term, and its runtime figures for the E25 and E28 contradict each other. It suits a home that wants the E28's mopping and would leave the deep cleaner unused.
Pros
- The E28's roller: 15 N, 180 rpm, rinsed on the robot
- 20,000 Pa with Boost IQ on carpet and a lifting mop
- Camera obstacle avoidance, voice control and Matter
- Full station: 3 l bag, refill, detergent dosing, hot-air drying
Cons
- No portable deep cleaner, the E28's distinguishing feature
- 21 mm threshold limit
- No wash temperature published
- No battery, weight, noise or warranty term published
Best for
- Homes that want the E28's roller mopping without the handheld cleaner
- Smart homes run by a voice assistant or Matter
Not recommended for
- Homes with thresholds above 21 mm
- Owners who also want stains lifted from sofas and stairs

In detail
Suction and brushes
The manufacturer rates the suction at 20,000 Pa. That is about the middle of the field. The main brush is the tangle-resistant type, with one side brush. On carpet the suction rises automatically.
Mopping
Mop system: washed roller. It lifts the mop over carpet.
Navigation and obstacles
It navigates by LiDAR and avoids obstacles with single-camera AI. It climbs thresholds up to 21 mm. That is less than most of the 65 robot vacuums with a published figure. No-go zones can be drawn in the app.
The dock
The dock empties the bin, washes and dries the mop and refills the water tank.
Battery, charging and noise
The manufacturer publishes neither a runtime nor a noise figure.

Where to buy
Prices are read every night from the manufacturers' shops that list the machine, and shown as read. A price no read has confirmed for several days is marked with the day it was last seen. Where a week or more of readings exists, the lowest we recorded in the last 30 days is stated as well. RoboVerdict may earn a commission when you buy through links on our site.
