Our verdict

The W200 SkyBot is the only machine here that works with no cable at all. A detachable 3,350 mAh pack runs it for up to 100 minutes, about 30 m² of glass, and recharges in 100 minutes, so a spare pack keeps it going. It holds on with 2,000 to 2,600 Pa, raising the suction as it nears a frameless edge, which four sensors detect, plans its own route and returns to where it started. At 8 cm thick it is the slimmest robot Mamibot makes, it runs under 65 dB, and it is steered by a 2.4 GHz remote from up to 20 m. Safety is a 1.5 m rope to an indoor fixture plus a suction cup on a 2.5 m extension cable. The trade-offs are plain on the page: no spray, so you dampen the cloth yourself; no app, no voice prompts, no corner claim, no pane sizes, no weight, and a battery-powered robot has no mains to lose, so no power-cut figure applies. Mamibot's warranty is one year, six months on the battery. No photograph here, since Mamibot's site terms allow no reuse of its images.

Pros

  • Cordless: 3,350 mAh detachable pack for up to 100 minutes and about 30 m², recharged in 100 minutes
  • Suction rises from 2,000 to 2,600 Pa as it nears a frameless edge, detected by four sensors
  • Plans its route and returns to its start; 2.4 GHz remote with 20 m of reach
  • 8 cm thick, under 65 dB

Cons

  • No spray: the cloth is wetted by hand
  • No app, no voice prompts, no corner claim
  • 2,600 Pa peak, among the weakest grips here
  • One-year warranty, six months on the battery; no weight or pane sizes printed

Best for

  • Glass far from any socket, and anyone who dislikes cables on a window
  • Dry dusting of interior glass between proper cleans

Not recommended for

  • Dirty exterior windows, where a sprayed pane cleans better than a damp cloth
  • Anyone who wants to control the robot from a phone
