GOAT A2500 RTK
RTK, LiDAR and camera fusion with antenna-free setup and true edge cutting, for gardens up to 2,500 m².
Review method: Specification analysis
Our verdict
The most complete sensor package in this catalogue: satellite positioning for where it is, LiDAR and a camera for what is in front of it, and no reference antenna to site. Edge cutting removes the strimming job most rivals leave behind. Slope capability is ordinary, and the 220 mm deck is narrow for the area it claims.
Pros
- LiDAR and camera fusion — the strongest obstacle handling here
- RTK positioning with no separate antenna to install
- Cuts to the lawn edge
Cons
- 220 mm deck is narrow for a 2,500 m² rating — expect long sessions
- 45% slope limit
- No cellular fallback if Wi-Fi does not reach the garden
Best for
- Complex gardens with beds, furniture and obstacles
- Owners who want no strimming afterwards
Not recommended for
- Steep gardens
- Very large open plots
